La 73ª edizione della cerimonia di premiazione dei Golden Globe avrà luogo il 10 gennaio 2016 al Beverly Hilton Hotel di Beverly Hills, California, presentata (per la quarta volta) dall’attore, regista, produttore e doppiatore Ricky Gervais. Istituito nel 1944, il Golden Globe viene assegnato annualmente ai migliori film e programmi televisivi: considerato da molti come anticamera agli Oscar, di cui ne anticipa spesso tendenze e risultati. Il cinema italiano è presente all’edizione 2015-2016 con il compositore Ennio Morricone (alla sua settima nomination e già vincitore di due Golden Globe) per il film di Tarantino (The Hateful Eight) e con il film diretto da Sorrentino, The Youth, nelle categorie migliore attrice non protagonista (Jane Fonda) e migliore canzone originale (Simple Song #3 di David Lang). L’appuntamento è per l’10 Gennaio 2016.
